Please read these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) carefully before using the ElectrifyU website (hereinafter, “the Academy”) and enrolling in any of our courses, programs or tutoring sessions.

By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not access the site or contract our services.

1. Purpose of the Service

ElectrifyU is an online training platform that offers courses, study materials, guides and live classes specialized in the National Electrical Code (NEC) and preparation for obtaining electrical licenses in the United States. The Academy provides the tools and knowledge, but does not guarantee automatic passing of the official exams, as this depends on the effort, study and individual performance of each student.

2. User Registration and Accounts

  • To access the courses, you must create a user account by providing real and up-to-date information.
  • Your login credentials (username and password) are personal and non-transferable.
  • Sharing access to the platform with third parties is strictly prohibited. If an account is found to be used by multiple people, the Academy reserves the right to suspend or cancel access immediately with no right to a refund.

3. Intellectual Property

All content available on the platform, including but not limited to: videos, texts, audio, practice exams, diagrams, methodologies (“technical hacks”) and logos, is the exclusive property of ElectrifyU or its licensors.

  • The student is granted a personal, non-exclusive and revocable license to study the material.
  • The unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, copying or downloading of any platform material is prohibited. Any violation of intellectual property will result in immediate expulsion and the corresponding legal action.

4. Prices and Payment Methods

  • The prices of courses and materials are expressed in the currency indicated on the checkout page and may be modified by the Academy at any time after being published on the website.
  • The user agrees to pay the cost of the service through the authorized payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
  • If choosing installment payment plans (monthly payments), the student agrees to pay all installments within the agreed deadlines. Failure to pay an installment will result in automatic suspension of course access until the situation is resolved.

5. Returns and Refunds Policy

  • We offer a satisfaction guarantee of 7 days from the date of purchase. If during this period you feel the course does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund by writing to our support email.
  • After the 7-day guarantee period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Downloadable products (such as digital books or PDF guides) are not eligible for returns once downloaded.

6. Modification of the Services and the Terms

The Academy reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue any part of the courses, syllabuses or live class schedules to ensure the continuous improvement of the platform. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately after being published on the website.

7. Limitation of Liability

ElectrifyU is not responsible for the professional or technical decisions made by students in their respective field work. The use and interpretation of the NEC regulations discussed in the course are the sole responsibility of the student.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without giving effect to any of its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
